We work on live leadership challenges, decision-making patterns, how you work with others, and areas where further development will strengthen your leadership so that you lead with greater clarity, flexibility and confidence.
Coaching typically begins with a six-session engagement over six months, with monthly one-to-one sessions held virtually. Many clients choose to continue beyond this initial phase depending on their goals and stage of development.
Each engagement is tailored to your context and goals. Structured developmental tools may be used where useful and application is always practical.
This is focused, confidential work designed for sustained growth rather than quick fixes.
How it Works
About me
I spent over a decade at Amazon working in people and leadership development roles within a single, fast-scaling global organisation known for its pace, intensity and exacting standards. Working inside one system for that length of time gave me deep exposure to how leadership evolves as businesses scale — from first-time managers learning to lead through others, to experienced operators navigating ambiguity, complexity and constant change.
Within Amazon’s operating model, leadership is closely tied to clear ownership, disciplined decision-making and consistently high standards. I’ve worked closely with leaders building teams, influencing without authority, prioritising under pressure and raising the bar on performance while developing their people. I understand both the commercial realities and the human dynamics involved.
My coaching integrates this organisational experience with deep self-awareness work, including the Enneagram as a developmental framework. I’m particularly interested in the patterns that shape leadership behaviour — how we respond under pressure, how we relate to others, how we use our strengths most effectively, and where we still have room to develop.
When leaders understand their patterns and the systems they operate within, they lead with greater intention, range and impact.

Self-Awareness & The Enneagram
Sustained leadership growth comes from understanding the patterns that drive your behaviour.
The Enneagram is the primary developmental framework I use to help leaders see those patterns clearly and work with them deliberately. It provides a precise lens on what motivates you, where your attention naturally goes, how you respond under pressure, and how your strengths shape your leadership impact.
When leaders gain this level of insight, several things shift:

Communication becomes clearer and more adaptive.
